Hi,

I'm quite new to RX and recently saw a thread where they said that only member with 3+ green bars should comment in it (any lower and your opinion is null), so I was left wondering about these.

How do you increase your amount of green bars?

it was really just a joke by the person that posted the thread..

And mods increase your bars. (I could use a few more, hint hint, nudge nudge)
